RESINTECH is a leading manufacturer of corrugated polyethylene pipe. Our reputation over the years has been built upon maintaining the strictest quality control on all products we manufacture, while at the same time offering them at a fair, competitive price.
Polyethylene (PE) is a high density plastic that used in the manufacture of corrugated pipe for use in gravity flow applications. Polyethylene is not affected by acid or alkali, frost, peat, muck, fertilizers, soil treatment chemicals. Corrugations are annular ribs that give strength to the walls while at the same time reducing the weight of the pipe. Polyethylene pipe is not the same as PVC (polyvinyl chloride) pipe, though, they are often confused with each other. PE pipe has greater longevity than that of PVC pipes.
RESINTECH pipe is made with 100% HDPE resin and carbon black, resulting in a high ability of resistance to erosion, ultraviolet rays and aging, helping to save on the cost and maintenance
RESINTECH corrugated polyethylene drainage pipe is available in single wall (corrugated interior), and dual wall (smooth interior), designs. Dual wall corrugation RESINTECH is design with a strong corrugated outer wall and a smooth interior wall to improve long-term hydraulic efficiency. In fact, this type of corrugated polyethylene stormwater drainage pipe offers up to 50% more capacity than comparably sized corrugated steel and significantly more capacity than reinforced concrete pipe.
Smooth interior pipe won't snag debris or encourage sediment, even on shallow grades, and these superior hydraulics allow pipe systems to be downsized compared to traditional materials, reducing material and labor cost.
RESINTECH HDPE Perforated Drainage Pipe differs from conventional pipes by its sandwich construction concept. The profile of the outer wall lends the pipe a high level of rigidity while maintaining a minimal weight. The smooth surface of the inside guarantees unimpeded rapid water flow.
The inside and outside walls of the pipe are welded homogenously together. The combination of maximum water intake and optimum flow, low weight, convenient pipe lengths, flexibility and high strength make for simple and safe applications and economical pipe laying
High-grade raw materials, continuous quality controls in the company's own laboratory, on going production monitoring and outside surveillance by a neutral, state-approved testing institute (SIRIM) guarantee adherence to the describe characteristics.
